Windsor Metal Manufacture Co., Ltd was founded on 18 June1986 and developed from a small mould factory with several employees to currently with 8 factories and more than 1,000 staff providing manufacture of PCB mould and plastic mould base, and provision of punching and electroplating services.

Our goal is to become the best and largest enterprise in the industry. • There are lots of welfare facilities in general such as the standard basket court, badminton court, Ping-Pong table and skating rink. There is movie show on every Tuesday, and offer our staff to choose their favorite in order to rich their spare life time.
• Organize large corporate culture activity regularly such as basket match, badminton match, chess match, rope competition, Karaoke game, morning exercises competition, singing competition and martial queue to let our staff to show off their skills.
• Organize two more group activities for all members every year such as sight seeing tour, barbecue, year end dinner, evening party and luck draw to make our staff having a balance between work and rest.
• Medical facility: we have an infirmary for treatment of simple illnesses such as cold, wound on external skin. If it cannot be recovered after treatment in the company infirmary, staff will go to hospital— Shajing hospital, which is designated by our company. Staff can claim part of medical expenses with an “out treated application form”, medical history and receipt.
• Library: It currently has collected more than 10,000 books (aim to a collection of 30,000 volumes), involving variety books, periodicals and magazines with computerized system. Staff can read among books and enrich their knowledge after work.
• Target achievement celebration: For those department achieved its target, Company will organized a celebration in “Roof Garden” such as barbecue, blocked shot or buffet dinner, in order to praise and approbate the department.
• Skill training: All new workers received specific training and technical training. Those diligent and motive staffs will be permitted to work after training.
• Leadership Training Camp activity: all staff will entitle to participate “Leadership Training Camp”. The staff can learn himself better and know how to handle communication in work and life through this training which will benefit themselves for whole life.
• Factory environment: all round plant is surrounding by green grass, flowers blossom and beautiful environment. It is a typical garden factory.
• Accommodation condition: 5 to 6 staff shared one room with washroom and heater. Company carried out pest control and disinfection regularly in order to guarantee sanitation in dormitory.
• The number of staff and type of work: 2008 is the year which reform and develop greatly bold and resolute, and it is needed to recruit new employees regularly, according to their integrated condition to assign them to different technical work.
