- 2008：Obtained license granted by the Lingling District Government of Yongzhou city in Hunan province of China to invest and operate two 25,000KVA electric furnaces for manufacture of silicon manganese alloy. The total investment amount is over RMB 80 million. The production will be commenced in mid of 2009.......
- 2005：We increased our investment in all factories including expansion of factory area, acquisition of machineries and increase of manpower to achieve a growth rate of 50%.
- 2004：We further enhanced our internal management, and obtained a great achievement in market development. We achieved a significant growth of 30% despite the keen competition environment.
- 2002：We cooperated with Taiwan professional team Guozhou company to set up a joint venture as Guozhou Windsor PCB punching factory providing specialized high-precision punching service for multi-layers PCB and FPC. It is the largest entity in Pearl River delta providing specialized PCB punching service. The major customers includes: Broad Technology and Broad team Electronics of 3C EMS Group, APCB Electronics, Unimicron Technology, Sanyo Electric and Elec & Eltek etc.
- 2000：We had drastic reforms in different aspects such as implementation of corporate culture, target management value added management and material control. We also expanded our business into global market, and formed strategic alliance with other three well known mould manufacturers in the world. By input of advanced management concepts and forming of strategic alliance, our position has further improved to international standard.
- 2000：Iwasa Windsor Company Limited was established in Gongming Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen which is specialized in producing high-end precision mould. It established and enhanced company’s brand by connection to global business and maintaining the leading position. The major customers are Japanese CMK, Danbang, Meiko, Shirai Techwise, Sumitomo and Global Brands.
- 1997：Lun Hsing Machinery Industry (Kun Shan) Co. Ltd was established in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province which providing services to customers in eastern China, and specialized in serving large scale multinational PCB manufacturers. Apart from good contribution, it also enhanced the branding of our group. The major customers are Hangzhou Panasonic, GulTech, ACP Electronics, Nanya, PYKC and BYD.
- 1997：Shenzhen National Chance Metal Manufacture Ltd was established which specialized in producing high precision standard and customized mould base. It has equipped with advance production machinery from Japan and Germany. The major customers are Foxconn (Hon Hai) Group, Global Brands and Globeunion Group.
- 1993：Goodbase Overseas Limited was established which specialized in producing high-end PCB mould. The overseas market has further expanded from Spain to England, France and Austria, and became a leading PCB mould manufacturer in the world. The major domestic customers are Sanyo, Elec & Eltek, Kyosha, Changhong, Konka, TCL, Lenovo, and Global Brands.
- 1987：National Chance Limited was established which provided PCB electroplating service, and expanded our business to a new segment. It became a leading PCB electroplating subcontractor with highest production volume in the Pearl River delta region. The major customers are HT Circuits Limited, Sanyo, APCB Electronics and Plato Electronics.
- 1986：Windsor Metal Manufacture Company was established which specialized in producing PCB mould.
